We visited the Blue Bell Ice Cream Factory this summer with friends before the school year started! The kids were so excited because it was their first time to see ice cream made! You then get to enjoy a big scoop of ice cream of your choice at the end of the tour! No cameras are allowed on the tour so I only have pictures of the end of it! The kids saw everything from the making of the ice cream, to ice cream sandwiches and Popsicles being made and wrapped on the factory line, to topping for cookie dough ice cream getting put into the cream to be sent off to be frozen! It was pretty neat!

This is a model of the old ice cream delivery trucks they use to drive around! Or as our daddy would call it a "refer"!!!
