Let the games begin.......FOREVER!

Well, this past saturday marked the first of a LIFETIME of sports with our little man! Kyler had his first soccer game! We have had him signed up, soccer ball bought, and his athletic shorts to wear for a month now and Kyler hasn't missed a day about asking about his game! He was one happy guy this Saturday when we could finally tell him that today was going to be his first game!

Grandpa Scott and Daddy coaching Kyler and his friend Boston before the game.
Uncle Colton "CoCo" came to watch Kyler and that meant the world to him!!
Kyler didn't even miss a beat and took right out to the field without hesitation!
Along side Grandpa Scott and Uncle Colton, Kyler's Grammy and Meme were there for support- they wouldn't have missed it!

Team Los Angeles- LOVE the pink cheeks:) It was one hot, humid day!
Kyler started out as the goalie. Jason said that when the lady asked who wanted to be goalie Kyler jumped up and said "me do" raising his hand. Little did he even know what he was getting into and that was not his favorite position. He didn't like watching his team running around with the ball while he stood there. The video we got was hilarious watching him be goalie!
Daddy coached him on how to grab the ball when it comes to the net, but only to confuse him for the rest of the game when he wasn't goalie because he got the whistle blown on him all the time for touching the ball!
Didn't stop him from having fun! He loved every minute and even said to me after we finished with the parent tunnel the kids got to run through he came and sat by me on the bleachers and said "Mom, that soccer game was awesome!"
We are so looking forward to the rest of the season and many years of this to come!!
GO TEAM LOS ANGELES!!
Amongst soccer, Kyler started Preschool at the beginning of September and has been having such a blast! He goes to a house in our neighborhood with only 5 kids in the class and really is enjoying going. On the first day of school I thought Kyler might have a hard time going because getting him in nursery at church was a nightmare for the first year, but he walked right in, put his backpack down and was so anxious to see what Mrs. Lynnette had planned for them to start doing! I couldn't help but just sit back for just a moment and notice how grown up he really is and that I'm going to not be that important in his life forever. Made me miss him so much while he was away at preschool that day and Camden and I are so anxious to see what he has to bring home and hear what he did that day when we pick him up!
