My boys love it when their Grammy from California comes to visit them! We always have so much fun and she always comes with goodies for the kids! They LOVE it!
This was the morning after our family pictures and Camden had fallen the day before and got that cut/bruise on his eye! Lots of concealer for family pictures, but it looked much better this morning!
Jason took off half a day of work for us to take the boys down to the zoo with Grammy! I had just taken my first photography class a couple nights prior to this so I wanted to practice using my manual settings the whole day and learning how to adjust things due to my lighting available! We had been to the zoo a million times and have the same pictures of the boys with the same animals, but it was good practice for me. I took a TON of pictures and these were some of the better ones. I still have some under exposed and over exposed pictures, but trying to figure it out!

We were at the grizzle bear cage and this is Kyler's bear growl!
The bear actually woke up and walked to the stream in his habitat and drank some water so Jason was showing the boys!

We had to end the day on a snow cone which saved us when we went to ride the train around Herman Park and they had just closed!:( the boys were sad, but glad they got a treat at least!

Another day we took Grammy to Old Town Spring while Kyler was at preschool and we had so much fun shopping around looking at all the cute antique shops! We had a yummy lunch at a tea room out there and just enjoyed looking at all the fall and Christmas stuff that the stores are getting stocked up on at this time of year!
Our last day with Grammy we actually had to take Kyler to his dental appointment that I scheduled 6 months ago and couldn't reschedule! It was fun having her there and Kyler did such a great job! He loves going to the dentist and they make it such a fun experience for him!
So, after his cleaning, we went to Vintage Park to take Grammy to lunch at this crepe place before we took her to the airport to head home! Thanks for coming to see us Grammy...we had a TON of fun! We LOVE you!
