This was our last day in Utah before we had to go home to Texas to scorching hot temperatures and no rain. But it was a very special day for Camden:) Jason gave Camden his baby blessing and he did an amazing job! We were surrounded by Jason's family, all our great friends from Utah and my parents were listening in on speaker phone from Texas. We thank all of you for joining us on this special day for Camden!
Kyler- always shirtless of course- and Camden in his blessing outfit!

Camden was so tired of taking pictures and actually took a good nap, which he never does, so we all ate and played while the little man of the moment slept!!

I wanted to take this sweet girl home with me!! She is the best baby and such a cutie!!

This was everyone that could make it to Camden's blessing (minus Kathleen who was taking the picture and a few kids who would have rather played than take the picture:) A break down to follow=)!!

Val Dean loved this lawn mower! Him and Kyler got along so well!!
After Camden's blessing and visiting with all our friends we were going to miss so much, we snapped a few shots with Grammy and Grandpa before our fun trip came to an end! We love you Grammy and Grandpa! Can't wait to see you for Christmas- or maybe sooner:)!

We had to go out with a Bang!!
We were scheduled to leave SLC on Sunday afternoon at 12:40. I guess Utah heard our sadness of not wanting to leave and just as we had already boarded the plane and were ready to take off, the kids were settled and situated and we had sat on the plane for a half an hour, the captain made an announcement that there was a broken part on the plane (which we came to find later was a piece of the captain's chair that needed repairs!) and we needed to deboard and they will let us know in about 45 minutes what we were going to do.
Jason and I were fine with that because we had not eaten lunch yet and both kids were cranky for food so we went and grabbed some lunch! When we came back around 1:30, we heard an announcement that they couldn't find the part. So we waited and waited and finally got in line to check for other flight changes we could make!
Nothing was getting better- they had made several announcements and each time the flight departure time got later and later. As we were in line waiting to speak to an agent about our flight changes they had made the final announcement that our original flight will be leaving at midnight and arriving in Houston at 4:30am. Well, that just about did it for me. We had been in the airport for 6 hours and I was done with my kids! So, along with many others, we were put in a hotel for the night only to have to wake up and do it all over again the next day. What a joke!:(
Here is Kyler in one of his good moments at the airport watching his movie and having a snack! That was for 30 minutes and the rest of the time this kid was over tired with no nap and miserable! I felt so bad:(

On a brighter note, I looked over at Camden being so good and patient in his stroller while I was getting Kyler situated and he had officially FOUND HIS TOES!!:) YAY!! And he hasn't stopped since!
In the hotel the next morning:)

YUMMY!!=)
