Since Meme had off for spring Break, there was nothing more that she wanted to do than something with her grandsons before school started back again! So what better than the zoo! It was St. Patrick's Day and Kyler had preschool that morning till noon so we didn't leave until after then! We picked Kyler up from school and went to Chick-Fil-A for lunch and then headed down for a fun afternoon! We thought Camden would nap in the car, but kids never do what you have planned, so it made for an interesting day!
The cool thing about going in the later afternoon since we hadn't gone at this time was that a lot of the animals were awake and doing things! The boys watched the Meerkats come right up to the window and look at them several times here!
Obviously 2 in the afternoon was not the best time, but the boys did perk up after green snow cones for St. Patrick's Day, cotton candy and popcorn for a snack! We were too busy indulging for pictures:)
Off to see the albino alligator moving around in his cage which we have never seem him do before. He is normally sleeping in his pool of water!
Camden's shirt said it all for this picture and he and Kyler were definitely "sham rockin" it out!
